We want you to feel confident and radiant in your Bright Swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, any swimwear showing signs of wear or missing protective strips cannot be accepted.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Suit
Place the unwashed, unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are securely attached.
- 3.Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
